Built on the foundation of core values such as gratitude, compassion, and innovation allows us to maximise our creative prowess. Our uniqueness stems from the ability to push a product from ideation to commercialization by our skilled artisans.
We take pride in employing over 300 artisans scattered throughout India that have contributed to our success for three generations since 1979. Once marginal earners, our artisan community has become well set, self-sufficient and economically independent through the art of hand-knotted rug making. Our community programs and development schemes established by earlier generations provide our rural counterparts with basic necessities such as the right to education, housing facilities, sense of security, and the virtue of earning a livelihood.
In addition, as a product company, we constantly strive to be sustainable and green in our efforts towards the environment. Whether it’s disposing of waste or implementing safety measures for our weavers and employers our motto is “less is more”.
