With 100 knots per sq inch, this 100% hand-knotted carpet is made from a mix of art silk and hand spun New Zealand wool.

About The Weaver
Iqbal Miya, from a conservative family, often found ways to express himself through his weave. A religious person, who is always seen lending a hand to a younger artisan, correcting a knot, or assisting a colleague to sort the wool, still makes time for his multiple prayers during his day. According to him, the colour red compliments his situation and personality the most and often is apparent in much of his work.
